We are a boutique interior design studio based in Godalming, founded by Susan Venn in 2013. Together, David and Susan have grown Susan Venn into a leading design studio that has built an exceptional reputation across interior architecture and design. Our Surrey-based studio is home to thoughtful and functional interior design that helps you live better.
We are a deliberately small, close-knit team, with over 50 collective years of involvement in interior transformations, a range of complementary skills, and extensive experience in large scale renovations.
We lead each phase from concept and architectural planning, through to technical design and on-site project management, with clear thinking and a spirited energy. Our proven processes and project monitoring expertise save you time, stress and unnecessary extra cost.
As registered members of BIID, the British Institute of Interior Design® and SBID, the Society of British & International Interior Design, you can trust us to be as experienced and informed as we are creative.

In my opinion, Susan is on trend, tasteful, listens to your brief and delivers on time, to plan and works to a budget.
I have absolutely no hesitation recommending her services. Susan designed all of the internal layout of the property including the kitchen and bathrooms. She developed the initial concept, produced the detailed drawings (including colour schemes etc) for all contractors, and sourced all of the materials required. Throughout, Susan was pleasant, enthusiastic and professional.
